About Wierish Lachmipersad
Wierish has worked with Salesforce at previous IT consultancy companies, where he has worked with different types of clients. He was involved in many Salesforce implementations and can call himself 'multicloud' employable due to his broad Salesforce knowledge. “It is important that you can move flexibly with the customer in this industry,” says Wierish. ''In this way you can seamlessly tailor the possibilities of Salesforce to the wishes of the customer. Those possibilities are endless.”
His function
The position at Intigris came his way by accident. Wierish immediately saw the benefits of working at Intigris: a smaller party with an ambitious working atmosphere and a beautiful office on the water. ''The fact that Intigris likes to switch quickly and has the will to grow speaks to me very much. I like to join a company where colleagues are close to each other. I see managing various customers and delivering various implementations at the same time as a great new challenge,” he says.
In the role as Senior Delivery Manager, Wierish will be part of the growth and of future Salesforce implementations that Intigris may carry out. A Delivery Manager must be able to switch quickly, both for the customer and for Intigris itself. “In addition, you also have to be flexible and maintain a good overview. Those are the key points that you should always keep in mind. The relationship with the customer, the supplier and your own colleagues is also important,'' according to Wierish.
